3 National Project Website The brief information about the Project and EIHP s activities for 2011 are presented on web pages: (in English) (in n) EIHP prepared: information needed to establish a network of energy efficiency managers, information for communication technology capacity and skills assessment, country energy profile, country legislation, profile of NPI and NC, as well as contact data of local partners. EIHP should prepare the following information: 3 updates of the national legislation, investment projects database, updates and provision of new contact in local team, calendar of project activities, library of publications and other project related documents, web-casting facilities for capacity building activities.

4 Indicative Project Pipeline Proposals This assignment for EIHP defines obligation to prepare: Project Pipeline Summary for at least 20 potential projects and Project Identification Forms for at least 5 project proposals. EIHP has contacted more than 100 EE/RES potential project developers, presenting the regional UNECE project and the possibilities which should be given through the equity and/or mezzanine financing by expected Investment Fund. Results: Project Pipeline Summary with indicative borrowing requirements for 46 potential projects (16 biomass plants, 12 biogas plants, 10 wind power plants, 4 solar collectors or PVs, 1 geothermal heat pumps and 3 energy efficiency projects) Project Identification Forms for 15 project proposals (4 biomass plants, 4 biogas plants, 6 wind power plants and 1 PVs) 4

6 Organization of Training/Business Development Courses The assignment for EIHP is to make all necessary arrangements for organization of training/business development courses in, as follow: identify and invite participants of the training courses based on analysis of submitted project identification forms, distribute information materials provided by Conning Asset Management Limited and trainers to selected participants and provide facilities to hold training courses. We plan to organize the training/business development courses in September/October 2011 and we should start soon with preparatory activities, but we did not receive information materials for distribution to selected participants provided by Conning and/or trainers.
