1 Water Future Systems The smart way to the roots The Water Future System irrigation pipe is possibly the most ecological and effective irrigation solution for gardens, parks, sport facilities and agricultural areas. It is made of about 65 % of rubber and 35 % of polyethylene. The Water Future System irrigation pipe represents the centerpiece of an underground irrigation system.

2 It consists in porous hydrophilic pipes which are installed in a depth of 15 to 50cm under ground, according to the ground qualities. Thanks to the even water rate at low pressure and thanks to the capillarity of the soil, only the ground around the roots is wet. This leads to a nearby 100% water exploration. Thanks to the subsurface installation of the soaker hose, the lime does not separate from the water through evaporation, so the lime passes through the pores of the Water Future System irrigation pipe. Further more all the water and minerals do not evaporate on the surface of the pipe. A calcification of the Water Future System irrigation is not possible. Nevertheless we advice to use a lime neutralizer with extremely high calcified water. The well aimed and more efficient use of fertilizers through the Water Future System irrigation pipe directly to the roots reduces the environmental stress.

3 The professional underground irrigation system 1. Installation The porous Water Future System irrigation pipe is installed underground in parallel lines according to the surface structure. This way an even pressure and water rate is guarantied. 2. Installation depth In order to get the best possible plant growth, the roots must be irrigated. So the installation depth is according to the roots depth. It can vary by 10 to 50 cm. 3. Installation The distance between two parallel installed pipe lines depends on the distances installation depth, the culture, and the soil quality. We recommend a distance from 25 to 80 cm. 4. Water pressure The best irrigation is done with a pressure from 0.2 to 0.6 bar. 5. Irrigation After an introducing phase, the pipe water rate is by 3 liters per hour and meter at 0.6 bars. The needed water rate can be regulated by manipulating the water pressure. 6. Water rate At correct use, water savings up to 70% compared to traditional irrigation systems are possible. A better plant growing was obtained. 7. Accessories We deliver the entire accessories for the installation of an underground irrigation system, for example: water filter, pressure gauche, timer and humidity controller with solar energy if wanted, connectors, PE alimentation pipes and much more. We make the whole installation if desired. 4 The irrigation pipe is installed in the depth of the roots between the plantations. The porous pipe distributes the water about it entire length and surface as a natural membrane. The areas which are irrigated with our system and are surrounded by the dry soil will become an entirely humid area. In order to get this result, the distance between the pipe lines varies according to the physical quality of the soil, especially its capillarity. In general the pipes are installed with the same distance to each other. Each pipe line is connected to a main water pipe. At the beginning of the main water pipe, there is head station. The main water pipes can be separated in different modules, in order to use the water resource at its capacity without any surcharge. The Water Future System irrigation includes: A head station to regulate the water rate, pressure according to the area conditions. The main water pipes in rigid or flexible versions. The irrigation pipe can be installed in one continuous line or in a discontinuous line, if some areas should note be irrigated. Function: The Water Future System irrigation works constantly or with intervals by use of a control unit. The choice of the irrigation method depends on the culture, the climate and the soil quality. This avoids desiccation and over hydrating. The irrigation system also works at uneven terrain with altitude differences up to 4%. The system can also be used in different lengths with the same main water pipe. Thanks to the low pressure the water rate will be the same over long distances. This way a homogenous irrigation or moistening of the entire surface can be done. Liquid fertilizers or other substances can be delivered directly to the roots through the Water Future System irrigation.

5 Installation of the Water Future System irrigation pipe Professional application The Water Future System irrigation can be applied for the irrigation of parks, sport areas, for horticulture and tree-nursery. The installation will be made consequently. However, it is important to respect a few strict rules: 1. It is necessary to mark out as well as possible the area to be irrigated and to point out the water supplies. 2.
