Abstract The main tensile stress that a concrete oil tank bears is the temperature stress. Temperature stress model experiment is an important method to study the stress rules of the oil storage tank and it should be designed according to the similarity theory. Based on the similarity theory the similarity conditions of the concrete oil storage tank temperature stress model experiment are derived and the similarity constants are determined. The loading process of thermal load in the oil storage tank model experiment is proposed and it is verified by the numerical simulation. Abstract Sodium hypochlorite as a kind of bactericide is widely used in many industries but it is applied to oilfield sewage treatment for the first industrial test. The technical principle and properties of sterilization treatment for oilfield sewage using sodium hypochlorite produced from field electrolytic brine are described and its application effect in Dagang Oilfield Zhuangyi Sewage Treatment Station as well. The proper concentration of sodium hypochlorite for sterilization and its corrosion to water injection device have been investigated. The test results show that sodium hypochlorite has a continuing sterilization effect and the corrosion rate by the sterilized sewage is slightly increased but still under control for safe usage. According to the requirement of CO 2 purifying degree advantages of bulk packing and structured packing are respectively taken and a kind of mixed packing like sandwich is developed. It creates a new way for deep decarburization of natural gas.
