2 Carefree heating Is there such a thing? We have access to many different sources of energy but how can we use them to obtain heat in way that is both cost-efficient and sustainable? 3 Which type of heating is right for me? Before you decide on a heating system, you will want to learn about the advantages and disadvantages of the various possible energy sources. Below is a brief overview of their relevance today and down the road and which energy source is the right one for the future. Oil. Advantage: Stockpiling allows you to exploit price fluctuations. 4 Can a wrong decision be costly? What happens if you choose the wrong energy? No one can see into the future to predict exactly which forms of energy will become cheaper or more expensive not even us.
