Following members of the Appraisal Committee were present: 1. Shri Sudhir Shrivastava, Chairman Chairperson, MPCB, Mumbai. 2. Shri. P.P. Nandusekhar Member Technical Advisor, MIDC. 3. Shri. P. K. 2 The meeting thereafter deliberated on the fresh agenda items [Booklet. 14 (Part-I)] placed before the committee and following decisions were taken: Booklet. 14 (Part-I) Establish/Operate/Renewal 1 MPCB Bharat Forge Ltd., Sr. -72/76, Mundhwa, Tal. Haveli, Dist. Pune. with increase in C.I It was decided grant 1 st Operate (UAN ) for Phosphating activity with renewal of existing (UAN ) and amalgamate by clubbing two applications by imposing the following conditions; 1. Industry shall extend the BG of Rs. 5 lakh obtained wards O&M of pollution control system. 2 MPCB Sanvijay Rolling & Engineering Limited, Unit- B-2, Plot B- 203 B-206, MIDC Industrial Area Butibori, Hingana, Nagpur. expansion Commission i It was decided grant proposed expansion manufacture Blooms & Structural Steel i.e. Angles, Beams, Girders, Rounds, Rods, Circles, Channels etc.- 1,00,000 MT/A without manufacturing of Steel Billets by imposing following conditions; 1. Industry shall not manufacture Steel Billets in proposed expansion. 2. Industry shall submit the undertaking on Rs. 100 stamp paper stating that industry will not increase the production of Steel Billets/ blooms & Structural Steel- 2,00,000 MT/Annum from the existing unit at any point of time and submit the BG of Rs. 5 lakh wards compliance of the same. 3. Industry shall amend the existing EC within 03 months by incorporating expansion activity of rolling Mill. 4. Industry shall submit the BG of Rs. 5 lakh wards compliance of establish conditions. 3 MPCB M/s Karanja Terminals & Logistics Pvt.
