1 Rotary vacuum disc fiber filter in wastewater treatment plant introduction document Rotary vacuum fiber disc filter consists of a series of horizontally mounted rotary filter discs, each of which is composed of an even number of fan-shaped filter plates. The rotary disc is equipped with a removable filter cloth. The material of the filter cloth is fiber, and the filter aperture of the filter cloth is 10um. Rotary vacuum fiber disc filter is used to remove SS in advanced sewage treatment process. Some pollutants such as phosphorus, turbidity and COD can be removed by adding chemicals. The system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, small floor area, and low energy consumption in operation. 2 I. Working Principle Rotary vacuum fiber disc filter is composed of central drum, rotary disk, backwashing system and matching control electric system. The turntable is fixed around the central drum and has a connecting hole with the central drum. Raw water (sewage) flows into the drum through an opening at one end of the central drum, and enters the rotary discs through connecting holes. The rotary disc is equipped with filter cloth on both sides. The filter cloth is woven with stainless steel wire or polyester wire, and the minimum filter aperture can reach 10 um. After the raw water is filtered through the filter cloth, the clean water flows out of the filter cloth and discharges out of the system from the KHN water treatment Co.,Ltd. 2

3 outlet of the filter water. As the filtration proceeds, the rejection impurities inside the filter cloth increase continuously, the filtration pressure difference increases, and the water flow through the filter cloth decreases. When the impurities accumulate to a certain extent, the liquid level of the central drum reaches the set value, and the impurities accumulated inside the filter cloth need to be backwashed out. The backwash pump pumps the clean water through the filter cloth and sprays it on the outside of the filter cloth. The rejected impurities in the inside of the filter cloth are washed down. After washing, the sewage falls into the receiving tray and then discharges out of the device. When backwashing, the rotating disc rotates, and the backwashing water sprays the filter cloth at different angles until the rotating disc rotates for one week. The filter cloth is cleaned completely, and the backwashing stops, and enters the static filtering process again until the backwashing is carried out again. Rotary vacuum fiber disc filter uses high-efficiency filter cloth as filter medium. The filter cloth is woven by special warp and weft wire. It has the characteristics of high precision, high flux, high strength and strong slag gathering ability. The highest filtration accuracy can reach 10um, the highest flux per unit area can reach 76L/s.m2 (at 300mm hydrostatic head), which can withstand 7.5bar backwashing water pressure and effectively improve the backwashing effect. On both sides of the filter plate, a filter cloth woven with stainless steel or polyester silk is installed. After the raw water is filtered through the filter cloth, the clean water flows out of the filter plate and is discharged from the outlet weir system. With the continuous progress of filtration, the impurities intercepted inside the filter cloth increase, the clear water flowing out of the filter disc decreases gradually, and the water level in the filter disc rises continuously. 5 water provided by the backwashing device automatically washes the filter disc surface, and the impurities then fall into the sewage collection tank fixed in the filter and enter the sludge discharge pipeline. With the continuous flushing, the water level in the disc drops continuously. When the set liquid level is reached, the backflushing stops automatically, and the rotary drum stops rotating, and the system re-enters the static filtration process. The backwashing stage does not affect the operation of the device. The filter operates in the way of continuous water inflow, stage backwashing and continuous water outflow. II. 6 A complete set of rotary filter system consists of raw water receiving device, central water intake and distribution device, filter plate, driving device, backwashing device (including backwashing pump and sprinkler system), sludge discharge system, liquid level tank and matching liquid level instrument and control system. 2. Raw Water Receiving Device Equipped with a water filter device for receiving the effluent from self-flocculating tank, made of SUS 304, And the central water distribution drum connects 3. Backwash System Backwash system uses high-pressure pump to wash filter cloth from outside to inside, so as to remove the debris accumulated in the inside of filter cloth. In order to ensure the cleaning effect, we adopt high-pressure umbrella high-speed jet system. Backwash can be controlled manually, the number and time of backwash can be adjusted, and it can also be controlled automatically by liquid level. In the normal cleaning process, it will not affect the filtration process. The backwashing system consists of a backwashing device, a security filter, a sewage collection tank, a sludge discharge pipeline and a backwashing pump. 6. Driver The driving device consists of motor, gear box, driving teeth and driving chain. The gear box is of large torque skewed and scattered teeth type. The service coefficient is not less than 1.5. The power supply of the driving motor is 380V/50HZ/3 phase. The protection level is IP65, and the noise of the equipment is less than 75dB. 7.
