MSNA for 2019 process started a while ago and timeline shared. Work is ongoing for developing this, to complete which mapped all areas in Iraq, needs assessment and severity mapping have been done where the needs are higher. Now, at the clusters level, the humanitarian profile is being finalized which specifies the categories of people who are in needs (IDPs, Returnees, Refugees, vulnerable residents in newly accessible areas and poor host community) and then can put the final numbers for each category. Categorization of the targeted people will be discussed with the cluster partners for review, after that the HNO for 2019 will be finalized. That will set us to another level of developing the HRP where we will call all WASH partners together in one workshop to present our HNO and draft cluster strategy for 2019 to go line by line of WASH response activities for Camp Consolidation and Camp Closure are still not clear CCCM cluster should provide us with the most updated case scenario to support WASH ahead planning. Many Partners have funding to support returnees areas with a low focus on camps due to Consolidation and Closure possibility, Regarding Basra WASH cluster don t consider this case as emergency therefore, no allocation for pool fund for this intent matter. 2
