OUR TALENTS Our international and multi-disciplinary team of around 60 passionate staff manages about 20 projects across Europe. All are guided by the same objective: to create added value. Today, Atenor s activities are located in a dozen urban regions: Brussels, La Hulpe, Namur, Mons, Ath, Luxembourg, Belval, Leudelange, Bezons in the Paris region, Budapest and Bucharest. LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS AND MIXED FUNCTIONS In its major urban projects, Atenor aims to facilitate or develop a mix of uses to create living environments where offices, housing, shops and services co-exist in green surroundings. The number of projects currently in the portfolio is 19. They represent an area of more than 790,000m². 6 THE Concept Aréna Business Campus is a green, ergonomic megaproject with 72,000 square meter of exclusive A+ class offices.
