59 What do I need to put into operation? Have all cables been connected to the EBS, TCE and the components and have the plugs been secured with the catch clips. Use EBS Modulator , connect pressure sensor and wear sensor to TCE and close plug-in connection on EBS. Use height sensor and remote control unit Have all cables been assigned to the correct sites according to the colour marking? Have Ohm loads and lighting been complied with (see Plan )? Do free plug-in connectors on TCE, EBS have caps? Have the cables been fixed in two strands before the TCE ECU in intervals of cm? Vehicle must be complete. Secure supply via 7 - pin and 15 -pin (or 2 x 7 pin). Do you have parameter and calibration data? Start EBS PC diagnosis. Put EBS into operation. electr. switch output must be not available active. Print putting into operation protocol are save it in the PC. Print system plate and attach it to the vehicle. Start TCE PC Diagnosis. Start putting into operation, select connected sub-systems to be tested and put into operation. Put into operation protocol or save it with the PC. Print system plate and attach it to the vehicle.
