7 What happens in Eurpe Spain set a PfR target in the natinal Waste Plan : 50% PfR and Recycling by 2020 f which 2% will be PfR frm Textile, WEEE and Furniture. Mrever by Ryal Decree n WEEE: 2% PfR f large appliance and 3% f IT equipment t be PfR by additinal jbs are expected. Flanders (BE) set emplyment targets f FTE cmbined with 5kg reused material per capita by jbs have been created. Targets have nw be raised t 7kg per capita France take back scheme n furniture with target f 50% ver 4 year. The scheme prmtes the participatin f Scial Enterprises. Textile Ec-tax f 0,68 EUR/item with cllectin target f 300,000 Tns by Scial clauses facilitate peratins f Scial Enterprises (ECO-TLC).
