19 Property market and the crisis The crisis has led to a new approach on property development in the Spoorzone and a new plan for the area development. Old approach: project developers search interested buyers for their plans New approach: interested buyers are contacted and plans are made according to their needs or wishes Project organisation is the link between buyers and developers possibilities for private building development or (small) collective development with aid from the project organisation New plan for the property development by Palmbout urban landscapes 19
