It is the College s intent to have the successful bidder under contractor by August 1, Work within the classroom spaces can only occur after Monday, December 5, 2016 and must be completed by Friday, January 15, Work on the roof and other areas not affecting the classroom space can commence any time after execution of the contract. 3.
