11 Area J Streetscape Improvements New pedestrian plaza at the corner of Evans Ave. and Jennings St. Neighborhood public space New plaza will serve as overlook to Site and Bay 11

13 Shoreline Area Cleanup Cleanup to address impacted soils in parts of the Shoreline Area Restoration to follow Cleanup Performed over two construction seasons (September 1 - January 31) Permitting with USACE, Regional Board, BCDC, and other agencies DTSC Work Notice to be distributed before work begins 13

14 Shoreline Area Cleanup: Soil Removal Planning to begin soil removal in November, pending receipt of permits Removal of top two feet of accessible soil (in six areas) Off-site soil disposal, covered trucks using established truck routes Clean soil or rock placed where impacted soil is removed Air monitoring, dust control and soil management 14
