3 HiBar - Continuous Pressure and Steam Pressure BOKELA HiBar is the most modern technology for continuous pressure filtration with drum or disc filters. HiBar offers unique solutions when fine particles need to be filtered, when cleanest products or lowest cake moisture contents are demanded, when high process pressures and high temperatures have to be adhered or when contaminations have to be avoided. BOKELA HiBar Steam Pressure is an innovative hybrid process, developed by BOKELA. HiBar Steam Pressure enables completely new process solutions in many applications and is exclusively supplied by BOKELA. BOKELA HiBar Oyster Filter The HiBar Oyster Filter (drum or disc filter) has been designed for challenging separation tasks in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and life science industry. Suspensions can be filtered, washed and dried even high temperatures and high pressures. Unique processes like HiBar Steam Pressure and counterpressure filtration can be realised with the HiBar Oyster Filter. BOKELA HiBar Horizontal Filter HiBar with horizontal pressure vessels is applied for the continuous pressure filtration or steam pressure filtration of bulk materials as for instance concentrates from ore, coal or minerals preparation, tailings as well as basic materials from the chemical and food industry. The horizontal vessel design enables the installation of big filter units of up to 168 m² filter area in the pressure vessel. HiBar standard filters are operated with pressure differences up to 6 bar (7 bar,abs).
