2 FILTERGET PRODUCTION CAPACITY We manufacture and supply filter bags for most existing business models by studying each particular case to implement performance and durability improvements. Thanks to the close cooperation we have with our fabric manufacturers, we can develop textiles adapted to a specific application for the installation. For the operation of a house of filters with high ratios of filtration the best filtering fabric is needed. From installations operating at room temperature to fabrics working in high temperature conditions and corrosive gases, we will define the best filter solution adapted to your installation. Each filter and installation is different and the needs of your installation will be studied in each case by our staff to provide you with the most appropriate solution. MADE-TO-MEASURE MANUFACTURING. WE WORK TO MEET THE NEEDS OF YOUR INSTALLATION We are able to manufacture most filter bags, their configuration and capacity. You can rely on us to perform tests on a small number of units, from a compartment to try out modifications and improvements to a series of units for specific tests. ADVANCED FILTRATION FABRIC TREATMENTS In order to ensure an efficient dust capture, FILTERGET offers a range of surface treatments which reduce the drop in pressure and emissions, while increasing the lifetime of filter bags. FIBREGLASS FILTERGET KNOW-HOW Filtration processes sometimes require working at temperatures up to 260 on an adhoc basis. This involves challenges at the time of making a reliable, long-lasting and effective product, requiring the best resources to manufacture filtration elements and, most importantly, demands all this comes together in a product at minimum cost but without affecting its quality. The key to an optimum result and performance of fiberglass-made products is the application of a chemical finishing on the fabric before manufacturing the filter bags. These finishings protect the filaments of the fibreglass fibers from the high temperatures, while reducing the friction between them. Fibreglass is a material which requires special attention during its manufacture and handling. We are aware of these details at FILTERGET and deal with our product appropriately, the result being that FILTERGET filter bags are ready for the hardest working conditions.

5 GREAT VARIETY OF MATERIALS FOR FILTER BAGS ARAMID - ACRYLIC P84 - PTFE FELT PTFE MIX P84 BASALT FIBRE FIBREGLASS POLYESTER FILTERGET works with a great variety of fabrics when undertaking filter bag manufacturing. We choose the option which best adapts to the process in terms of the needs of each installation, working temperatures and the nature of the fluid to be filtered. Although Polyester and Fibreglass are the two materials used most as they cover a wide range of applications, more specific solutions are required in certain cases. FINISHINGS FOR FILTER BAGS SURFACE BURNING EGGSHELL GLAZED CALANDERING WATER AND OIL REPELLENT PTFE (LAMINATED, CHEMICAL, IMMERSION) MADE-TO-MEASURE POLYESTER THERMOFIXING The different surface finishings applicable to filtration fabrics aim to avoid hydrolysis, cake formation in the internal part of the fabric, to improve mechanical characteristics, resistance to surface abrasion and to avoid the formation of static electricity generated by the friction between fabrics. The combination of these surface finishings lead to an efficient filtration fabric and may considerably increase its basic characteristics.

6 FIELDS OF APPLICATION In industrial processes solid waste is generated in the form of particles that accumulate in the gaseous fluid that is expelled, which requires a filtering process to avoid environmental contamination. In this process we can find different granulometries and forms in the solid contents, varying the same way the filtering fabrics. The outlet temperature of the fluids and the nature of the particles to be filtered will influence when selecting the type of fabric. FILTERGET has successfully installed its filters in lime processing applications, cement plants, treatment of gases from steel lamination and the production of iron pellets, among others. 9 8 ACCESSORIES Baghouses and filter bags require some accessories for their installation and operation: canisters, venturis, cups, tension springs, bottom clamps and snap-lock type clamps. FILTERGET manufactures and supplies these components adapted to each installation. CANISTERS AND VENTURIS WITHSTANDS CHEMICAL ATTACKS PERFECT ADJUSTMENT LONG-LASTING CONSTANT AIR FLOW PRECISION WELDING POLISHED AND ROUNDED EDGES Canisters and venturis dimensions are adaptable to each installation. They can be manufactured either with an electrolytic galvanized zinc-plated surface finishing or with an epoxy paint finishing resistant to high temperatures. We can supply canisters and/or venturis made with carbon steel, aluminum or we can study the use of other types of material in case this was required by the application.

9 CUPS ALIGNMENT OF THE BAGS - SAFE LIFTING GREAT DURABILITY PERFECT BAG/CUP ADJUSTMENT It is a key piece as fastening element of the filter bag to the structure of the filter house. This component is responsible for maintaining the bag attached to the structure of the filter house, as well as maintaining the correct tensioning and resisting the forces received by the filter element. Cups are elements susceptible of being strongly affected by the corrosion derived from the accumulation of gases, heat and humidity inside the house of filters. - QUALITY AND ADJUSTMENT - We are highly specialized in manufacturing and supplying clamps made of carbon steel with protective coatings as well as stainless steel used in bags resistant to extreme conditions of working.

10 TENSION SPRINGS EASY INSTALLATION COMPACT STRESS ABSORPTION IMPROVES THE LIFETIME OF THE BAG RESISTANCE TO TEMPERATURE AND CORROSION Conical tension springs offer a non-linear compression coefficient, to allow the bags having the right level of freedom of movement. When performing the bag cleaning operations, the fabric is subjected to great stress in such a way that the tension springs absorb part of this strain and prevent the bags from breaking. SNAP-LOCK TYPE CLAMPS LEAK REDUCTION AVOIDS MISALIGNMENT AND MOVEMENTOF THE BAGS QUICK DISASSEMBLY EASY ALIGNMENT We offer a wide range of clamps and sizes for immediate supply. The use of high quality clamps reduces the chance of break in the filter bags. Assembly times, leaks and bag movements due to the pressure of the gas to be filtered are all reduced. Offering a wide range of application diameters, FILTERGET recommends changing the clamps every time the filters are changed.
