10 Energy saving initiatives in Additional cooling tower-additional cooling tower was constructed to operate an additional water cooled chiller of 120 TR in place of 210 TR air cooled chiller during summer (06months per year) Investment made- 10 lakhs Savings in units kwh per year

11 Energy saving initiatives in Natural draft cooling tower was replaced by modular cooling towers with 2 forced draft units. 12 Innovative projects implemented in Use of acoustic based leak detection survey for underground MS water pipelines Use of thermographic imaging to detect cold zones indicating insulation damages in chilled water pipeline and AC supply ducts. Insulation damages were rectified for increasing efficiency and resulting energy conservation.

22 Other relevant information:carbon footprint reduction from vermicomposting plant As a responsible corporate citizen 200 kg/day vermicompost plant was installed in November. Around 32 tonnes of garden waste has been processed in and thereby avoiding 6.37tCO2e. Vermicompost from the plant is used as manure in own landscaping as well as distributed to associates and support staff to promote farming/gardening.
