Estimated are quantities of t of plant residues from agricultural areas and m of timber that remains unused on the forest ground as well in the timber industry. The objective of the project is to build cogeneration power plant on the green biomass in the City of Vinkovci, power of 1MW electricity energy and 1MW thermal energy. Regarding raw materials and potential energy consumers all necessary conditions for such a plant are fulfilled. The location is near to the fertile agricultural areas with irrigation possibilities. 1 Name of project WIND POWER PLANT TOVARNIK 2 Location of project Municipality of Tovarnik, Vukovar-Srijem County ,00 Relevant institutions for energy did the research that has showed that the area of Municipality of Tovarnik is very suitable for wind power plant. Readiness of the location is very good and suitable for the development of the project. Planned wind power plant Tovarnik will consist of 22 aggregates with installed capacity of total 44 mw.

3 1 Name of project IRRIGATION SYSTEMS OF VUKOVAR-SRIJEM COUNTY 2 Location of project Cities of Vinkovci and Otok, Municipalities of Cerna, Lipovac, Tompojevci and Babina greda, Vukovar-Srijem County Ca. 25 Mio. Euro Aiming at better managing of natural resources the project Irrigation and managing of agricultural land and water was launched as one of the biggest development projects in Croatian agriculture. The Vukovar-Srijem County has developed the County Irrigation Plan which will create preconditions for irrigation, structural change of agricultural production and routing the agricultural economy to high profitable cultures (vegetables, fruit, industrial corps and healing plants ).There are 7 irrigation system projects ongoing for ca ha agricultural land. 1 Name of project MULTI-PURPOSE CANAL DANUBE-SAVA 2 Location of project Vukovar-Srijem County, Brod-Posavina County ,00 The Multi-purpose Canal Danube-Sava in length of 61,5 m will connect the Danube River in Vukovar with the Sava River in Šamac. The three main functions are: irrigation (ca ha land), navigation and drainage. The Canal is the shortest navigation link towards western and eastern Europe. It will shorten the navigation way for 417 km to the west and 85 km to the east.

4 1 Name of project RECONSTRUCTION OF THE PORT OF VUKOVAR - NEW PORT EAST - 2 Location of project City of Vukovar, Vukovar Srijem County ,00 Freight transport by inland waterways on the Danube River is steadily increasing. Port of Vukovar needs qualitative and technological modernisation in order to satisfy the existing and expected transport demand. The scope of project is developing modern port that will trigger economy development in the city of Vukovar as in whole region. The following terminals will be established on transport and storage surfaces: a) General cargo and palletized cargo terminal m 2, b) Bulk cargo terminal m 2, c) Multipurpose terminal m 2. Constructing the said terminals will result in: - New quay of 455 m in length which shall be used for berthing ships of maximum allowed capacity and dimensions for waterway class (VIc). - New storage and manipulation surfaces with approximately four hectares, which will be used for new terminals and allow annual transhipment of 1.76 million tons.

5 1 Name of project COUNTY PORT OF ILOK 2 Location of project City of Ilok, Vukovar Srijem County ,00 Construction of vertical coastline in length of 240 m with terminal for handling palletized brick products and construction of terminal for transhipment of petroleum products, capacities of: - Palletized brick products tonnes per year - Petroleum products...00,000 tonnes per year Besides these terminals, planned is construction of: - RO-RO terminal - Container terminal - Recycling yard - Logistic Centre The planned area of port of Ilok covers an area about 0 ha. Construction of the port and its connection to the main road and rail corridors, better integration with the economic hinterland would be to achieved and preconditions for the development of intermodal transport and development of the economy of the city and region would be created.

6 1 Project title 2 Location of project TOURISM RING OF VUKOVAR-SRIJEM COUNTY Vukovar-Srijem County (VSC) ,00 The project puts the existing tourism infrastructure and the potentials to a higher level regarding functionality and the commercial value. It also develops new tourism products and enlarges the existing tourism infrastructure. Since in the cities of VSC the needed infrastructure already exists and the guests distribution is developed, it is necessary to develop tourism centres, visitor centres in each city. This would complete the tourism offer in the cities and create the base for the development of rural tourism in the municipalities through thematic routes: Ethno club Adica in Vukovar, Wine centre Kurija Brnjaković in Ilok, Ethno Park Sopot, Harvesting House in Županja and Otočki Virovi in Otok. 1 Project title SPA RESORT BABINA GREDA 2 Location of project Municipality of Babina Greda, Vukovar-Srijem County ,00 The project envisages the construction of accommodation, sport and recreational, catering, commercial and conference facilities for active holidays as well as the organization of smaller conferences and seminars. The most important content is the thermal health tourism: 1 medical therapies (the borehole depth is between 1700 and 2000 m, the water temperature is 121 C) 2 wellness zone recreational zone with indoor and outdoor entertainment facilities The thermal health tourism centre is envisaged to be an all year destination.

7 1 Name of project ARCHAEOLOGICAL-TOURISM PARK VUČEDOL 2 Location of project Vučedol, City of Vukovar ,00 Target area of the project is the right bank of the Danube and it s related islands as well as a complex of three settlement plateau of prehistoric culture, called Vučedol, then a historical building Villa Streim declared as a historical monument, the restaurant building with a terrace and a swimming pool. Also there are bungalows, access road from the parking lot and sports courts. Unfortunately, all these facilities, including infrastructure (electricity, sewage, water supply), were destroyed and completely devastated during the Homeland War and need a comprehensive approach that includes research, reconstruction and revitalization of cultural and natural heritage around the target area. Vučedol guests and visitors will be able to participate in certain research phases from the excavation of artifacts to its presentation. Also they will be enabled to walk to the gazebo, to boat on the Danube and enjoy the beautiful nature.

8 1 Name of project TOURSIM AND HISTORICAL CENTER OF SOPOT 2 Location of project City of Vinkovci, Vukovar-Srijem County ,00 The Archaeological Park Sopot is only km from the city center, accessible for local residents and visitors and it is accepted as an excursion site by tourists, cultural and health care institutions. The first phase of the construction of the Archaeological Park Sopot is completed, when six houses have been built, modeled on those that were discovered during a systematic archaeological research. The second phase includes the construction of access roads and parking lots, installation of public lighting and electrical installation, building a small museum, set up of security and video surveillance, signposting, arrange the coastline of Bosut River, reconstruction of walking paths, recreational paths and construction of horse paths. By presenting the Archaeological Park Sopot, the City of Vinkovci will become a cultural centre that will act as an impulse for international cooperation on scientific, cultural and tourist area of Pannonia. It will also promote the Croatian cultural heritage and new destinations in Croatian and European tourist offer.

9 1 Name of project RECONSTRUCTION AND REVITALIZATION OF THE CASTLE COMPLEX AND GARDENS IN NUŠTAR 2 Location of project Municipality of Nuštar, Vukovar-Srijem County ,00 The Castle Gosseau in the Municipality of Nuštar and its gardens received the name by the owner of Nuštar estate (since 1715.) and the castle builder Count Maximilian Gosseau d Heneffe (between ). The castle is one of the most representative baroque buildings on the territory of Vukovar-Srijem County. Therefore, it present situation is unacceptable, not only because of its architectural and historical value, but also because of the high potential of its tourist and commercial usage. Currently the solving of the legal status of the ownership is ongoing as well as the preparations of conservation- restoration documents for the castle reconstruction and its revitalization. The goal of the project is to stop its further deterioration and bringing in the Castle some new facilities like tourism-commercial facilities, recreational or sports facilities, museum, while at the same time preserving the heritage value.
