2 Short description Energy efficiency in public building Energy audits (EA) made in 2008 and 2013 by Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar (EIHP) Heated area is 4, m 2, 190 elderly people and 59 employees Investments based on EA recommendations in new doors and windows with LOW-E glass in 2009, lighting system in 2009, radiator thermostats and automatic balancing valves in 2012 and new building envelope in 2013 Financing from county s budget and grant from Environmental protection and energy efficiency fund Monitoring and verification of savings done by EIHP Next step - towards nearly zero energy status
