Our initial business activities focused on engineering design and consultancy. The natural evolution of our contracting capabilities was a direct result of our personable approach, market opportunity during the construction boom in the Middle East and Caspian regions and a strong client demand in these challenging markets. The solar division of the TerraStruc Group focuses on the development, design, installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. The solar team enjoys the full support of TerraStruc resources in order to provide turnkey PM-EPC services (Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Contracting). The renewable energy project experience gained in Southern Africa, Europe and the CIS region gives us a distinct advantage to develop markets in the MENA region. 3 services that we provide Grid Connected Systems We connect PV systems of all sizes to the utility grid in line with DEWA s Smart Initiative, Shams Dubai. As an approved DRRG contractor we ensure you get compensated for the energy generated by your PV system. Off the grid We provide off grid solar and hybrid solutions for labour camps, temporary sites, desert camps or for any other remote areas. Hybrid solutions combine solar and wind with traditional power generation technologies. TerraStruc also provides various solar lighting solutions to best suit your needs. Maintenance of PV Plants To ensure optimal performance of your PV system we provide regular PV module cleaning and maintenance service packages tailored to your needs. This service can be provided for any existing or new Solar PV installation. Energy Efficiency Audits When the addition of renewable energy systems to your home or business isn t possible, we advise on other measures and controls in order to reduce your overall electricity consumption, in turn reducing your carbon footprint. Financing of PV Systems Through various financing partners, we offer tailored system lease options. Making it possible to save money from day one with no up-front costs, no maintenance responsibility and no financial risk to the client. Remote Monitoring We provide solutions to remotely monitor and track the performance of renewable energy systems. This enables us to detect problems remotely and arrange maintenance/cleaning as soon as the need arises. Detailed reporting on system health/performance is also possible through proper monitoring.
