3 Backgrounds: Economic growth in Vietnam Economy of Vietnam is significantly developing. Comparing from the other countries in ASEAN which has economic turndown after Lehman shock, Vietnam maintained a high economic growth. 17 Results & Discussions: NO2 Big Highway Average 8.8 ppb Near Big highway, NO 2 Concentration was higher than at places of central city There are many crowded street Chi s house NVC 2 km

18 Results & Discussions: NO2 2 年前のデータとの比較 Range were different!! Because of? A lot of rain!! Distribution of NO 2 didn t change since 2014 But Amount of NO 2 was much less than 2014.

22 The number of motorbike (/5min) Results & Discussions: Counting traffic NVC Rush Rainstorm Rainstorm In the morning and evening of weekdays, motorbikes were more than weekend because of commuter rush.

23 Estimated number of vehicle (/ hour) Results & Discussions: Counting traffic and NO 2 concentration Rainstorm Rainstorm 8/28 8/29 8/30 Time change of traffic and NO 2 concentration had similar trend. After rainstorm, NO 2 concentration decreased.

24 Conclusion We measured and analyzed the air pollutant(no2, NH3, HONO, PM2.5, HNO3) in Ho Chi Minh city. 2. Amount of all air pollutant was less than the last survey. It rained a lot for this survey period than in previous work 3. Trend of NO 2 Concentration time change was related to the number of vehicles. Future works We have to collect more traffic data at many places to identify the factor of air pollution more clearly.
