The experience of Events planning and execution. Environmental Activities 1

The events that I ve planned and implemented as a project assistant. Solar energy cars 1. Why did we do this project? Solar Energy is undoubtedly the focal point of the international green energy industry that has long been attracting attention, and one of the important goals of the current development of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. The mission of this event is to make participants truly understand how the solar energy works with handson experience rather than simply receive message from textbooks. One of the visions of the educational project trusts that this kind of actual participation in the international trend issue will enable all participants to have a deeper experience in the world's green energy development and inspire more enthusiasm to continue exploring. 2. I implemented the project. The courses and the educational tools * :me / : educational tools 2

Aquaponics 1. Why did we do this project? The phenomenon of extreme weather gives birth to global food crisis, and it is getting worse with global warming. The aquaponics activity is to promote the environmental friendly agriculture and to reflect how the traditional agriculture industry exhausted the natural resources. During the event, the participants are able to approach the natural law of self-sufficiency. The vision of this educational project believes that a person cultivated in this way works to ameliorate the effect of global warming, managing natural resources by abiding by the nature instead of destroying. 2. I implemented the project. 3

A workshop et educational tools * :me / : educational tools On the spot, I taught the participants how to assemble the box for model of Aquaponics This is one of the results, after setting up a box of aquaponics. The picture shows growth of the plant after 6 weeks. Participants are enjoying the activities. 4

Develop the partnership with Botanical Garden 1. Why did we do this project? The US Space Agency has proposed that the average temperature has been rising in recent years, constantly breaking the world records, causing heat waves to sweep across the globe. Air pollution is also appearing in a more lethal posture. Under the crisis, countries are actively participating in the Ecosystem Service. The so-called "ecosystem services" are the benefits that humans derive from the ecosystem, including configured services (Such as food and water), regulated services (such as flood and disease control), cultural services (such as entertainment and cultural preservation) and supported services (such as nutrient cycling). Taipei City Government was promoting the concept of ecological forests, and they worked with us. To disseminate the concept, we established a partnership with the Taipei Botanical Garden, who led the participants to go to the ecological forest and made them understand the operation of the system, while, myself, I organized the event and compiled relevant information behind the scenes. Taipei City Government hoped that through such activities, the citizens will actually participate in global environmental affairs and have a deeper understanding of our environment. 2. I planned and implemented a guided tour. The interaction between the guide and participants 5

The guide introduces the participants to the park's facilities, and the picture shows the natural purification of the plants. Develop the partnership with Taipei Zoo 1. Why did we do this project? The international water crisis is growing, and it is now an urgent task. In recent years, the problem of water shortage has occurred frequently. Not only Taiwan, Singapore and Israel have long suffered from water shortages. Countries all over the world are looking for eternal water resources to counter the growing shortage of water resources. The development of water resources in Israel and Singapore is particularly better. The Taipei Zoo hopes that more people will be able to participate in international water issues, so they cooperate with us. The Taipei Zoo allows participants to go 6

to the ecological pool and learn how purification ponds, sedimentation tanks, and aquatic plants purify water. 2. I planned and implemented a guided tour The interaction between the guide and participants The guide introduces the water-saving equipment. In the picture, there is a large reservoir under the equipment. 7

Develop the partnership with the ministry of Education of Taiwan 1. Why did we do this project? In many big cities around the world, such as Tokyo, Japan, Shanghai, urban temperatures are often more than 5 degrees Celsius above the suburbs or farmland, and Taipei has recently hit high temperatures. This is due to the difference between urban pavements and the suburbs, such as tar and skyscrapers. The Ministry of Education of Taiwan hoped that more people can actually understand the difference in temperature so they cooperated with us. We led the participants to actually walk out of the buildings and measure the temperature of different pavements. 2. I implemented the project. Measuring the temperature of water pool (rainy day) Measuring the temperature of tars on the roads (rainy day) Measuring the temperature of tars (sunny day) Measuring the temperature of cement (cloudy day) 8
