2 Rapid AgraQuant Quantitative ELISA Test Kits The AgraQuant ELISA test kits are rapid quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for the analysis of mycotoxins, allergens, drug residues and other chemical contaminants such as melamine. All ELISA test kits comply with the highest quality standards and have been validated in extensive inter- and intralaboratory studies. AgraQuant Mycotoxin ELISA Test Kits The AgraQuant Mycotoxin ELISA tests are designed to screen a wide range of commodities for all major mycotoxins. 3 Methods AgraQuant Allergen ELISA Test Kits The AgraQuant Allergen test kits are sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). They have been developed for the quantitative analysis of food allergens in raw materials and processed foods. The methods are accurate and showing consistent results. The AgraQuant Allergen kits have very reasonable incubation time. Simple sample extraction and no clean-up requirement make the test very easy to use. 4 Rapid FluoroQuant Rapid Quantitative Fluorometric Tests FluoroQuant Afla The FluoroQuant Afla test kit is a 5-minute quantitative fluorometric test based on a solid phase clean-up column (SolSep ). The quantification of total aflatoxins is performed by an FQ-Reader which provides a wide quantitation range without diluting. The FluoroQuant Afla is USDA/GIPSA approved and designed for the grain industry. FluoroQuant Afla The FluoroQuant Afla test is an AOAC Performance Tested SM fast method (less than 5 minutes) for the detection and quantification of total aflatoxins in raw commodities such as peanuts, almonds, cottonseed and corn. FluoroQuant Afla The FluoroQuant test kit employs a highly specific immunoaffinity column and can quantify total aflatoxins in complex matrices such as corn derivates, DDGs and processed peanuts. The test can be performed in 5 minutes and is USDA/GIPSA approved. 4

6 Rapid AgraStrip Rapid Lateral Flow Devices AgraStrip Aflatoxin The AgraStrip Aflatoxin test kit qualitatively determines the presence of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2, and can be performed in less than 5 minutes. The AgraStrip Aflatoxin lateral flow test kits are available in three cutoff levels: 4 ppb; 10 ppb and 20 ppb. The test is recognized by the Japanese FDA and approved by the USDA/GIPSA. 6

7 Methods AgraStrip Quantitative DON The AgraStrip DON test kit quantitatively determines the presence of deoxynivalenol (Vomitoxin) in grain, and can be performed in only 4 minutes testing time. The quantitation range is between 0.5 ppm and 5 ppm DON with two dilution steps. AgraStrip Quantitative FUM The AgraStrip FUM quantitatively determines the presence of total FB fumonisins in grain and can be performed in only 4 minutes testing time. The quantitation range is between 0.2 ppm and 4 ppm FUM with two dilution steps. The quantitative AgraStrip DON and AgraStrip FUM test kits are designed for the use with the AgraStrip XReader. This device is a sensitive, easy-to-use laboratory instrument which measures the reflection or optical density of the test line on the AgraStrip. It comes complete with a data management software. 7
