Aquaciat Power does exactly this by using heat recovery, a concept that can substantially lower energy consumption and keep costs within reason. Total recovery Recovery is a simple process. Air conditioning is by nature based on the transfer of heat from one medium to another. CIAT has designed a system that recovers that portion of heat which, until now, was released into the air. Thanks to this concept, today Aquaciat Power can be used to produce hot water free of charge! By installing a water-cooled condenser directly upstream of the air-cooled condenser, Aquaciat Power can produce large amounts of water at 50 C. Efficient components (coils, exchangers) for total recovery. Hotels, recreation centres and other businesses that need a large supply of hot water for washing, cooking and cleaning purposes even in the summer will find this solution particularly useful for helping them to keep costs down. Not only does Aquaciat Power make producing hot water easy, it can also heat buildings as well as provide heating and cooling for industrial processes. 5 chilled water production energy DHW production through recovery Partial recovery With partial recovery, free hot water is produced at an extremely high temperature using the heat in the gases discharged by the compressors. This is accomplished directly by a device called a desuperheater and which is installed on each refrigeration circuit. The fans automatically adjust the air flow in Aquaciat Power to the temperature of the outdoor air and thereby dramatically lower sound levels, particularly at night and in mid-season. The compressors are encased in acoustic housings fitted with materials that limit the amount of noise radiated by the unit. Lastly, the compressor is fitted with special mounts that prevent the transmission of vibrations and noise through the unit.
