2 Environmental Monitoring Data Page Setup 2012 Bomaderry Environmental Monitoring Points and Data Bomaderry Monitoring Points and Expected Dates The following table summarises when Bomaderry expects our next set of monitoring data for each emission type. Table 1: Expected future monitoring data sets for Bomaderry EPL Publication Date: 1 July 2012 Licensee: Lot 41 Bolong Road Bomaderry NSW EPL no.: EPA ID number Emission Point Monitoring Description Description of the Location Point 1 Discharge water quality Discharge to Shoalhaven Starches effluent pipeline; a point of connection between BOC and Shoalhaven Starches located in corner of BOC premises. Expected date(s) to post next set of monitoring data Sampling is required every six months, and is performed in June and December. The sample data results summary will be published at the end of the following month, within 14 days of the receipt of the result(s) in line with EPA legislation. Thus results are expected to be published one month after the sampling in July and January. Point 1 Total volume flow monitoring Discharge to Shoalhaven Starches effluent pipeline; a point of connection between BOC and Shoalhaven Starches located in corner of BOC premises. Flow is measured daily. Figure is to be reported annually, in line with the EPL anniversary. 2

7 Environmental Monitoring Data Page Setup 2012 In Conclusion We at take all reasonable care to make sure the monitored data we obtain is correct and accurate. If due to events out of our control we find that any of our published monitoring data is inaccurate or incorrect, we will provide a correction log. The correction log will explain the reason for the suspected or actual incorrect data, and provide an updated correct monitoring log. The following table shows how this will be set up in the event it is needed. To date it has not been needed.
