6 1.3 METHOD OF MINING Underground method of Mining is proposed considering the geology and depth, thickness and nature of the ore body Reserves & Life of Mine The peak production will be expecting during the last two years of the planned period i.e and is about 4800 T per annum. The total Mineable reserves were calculated in detail in and summary of the Reserves are as follows: Total Mineable Reserves: Total Proved Reserves: Total Probable Reserves: T T T Anticipated life of Mine = Updated available reserves = Targeted production per annum 4800 = 20 Years Waste Generation The waste that generates during development, exploration and stoping operations as side burden and ore dilution will be in the range of 1500 T to 2000 T per year and the same will be dumped in the areas proposed located along the northern boundary of the leasehold area. The waste so generated will be utilised for filling the voids that formed during the stoping operations. The reclamation will be simultaneous with the mining and the waste will be dumped in a retreating manner. No sub-grade mineral will be generated during the course of mining Use of Minerals The application is intended to sell the Barytes Minerals at the mine site itself to the buyer and mostly paint,rubber,chemical..

7 1.3.4 Transportation Trucks will be hired for transporting ore to the buyers point Site Services Office Canteen, Rest shelters, Drinking water & medical facilities, transport and other are proposed to be constructed in the designated area of 25m Employment Potential The strength of employees would be around 24 members. 1.4 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION Resources Required Man Power Mostly the labors will be recruited from weaker section of the local surrounding area. Water Requirement Water consumption is around 25 KLD. The ground water will be drawn from bore well for water requirement Permits Required 1. Consent for Establishment from the State Pollution Control Board 2. Environmental clearance needs to be obtained.
