2 INTRODUCTION Fouad Al-Saleh & Khaled Al-Dhowalia Engineering Consultants Company is an independent consulting company, founded in 2000 in response of necessities of environmental conservation due the impact of human activities. FKEC provides Engineering and Supervision services for projects related to Environmental Engineering with particular emphasis on water and wastewater projects. Our main target is to satisfy the client through experienced technical team. With over 400 wellestablished staff from different specialist that work for the client satisfaction. In summary, the total cost of contract that FKEC has been supervised worth more than 4 Billion Saudi Riyals. These projects consist of more than 3000-kilometer of sanitary sewer, more than 6000-kilometer water supply and pipeline, 35 water and wastewater treatment plants, and other environmental and structural projects around the Saudi Arabia. During the last decades, the firm has been involved in planning, design and construction supervision for the many site development and infrastructure projects executed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. FKEC has all the prerequisites to plan and develop sites tailored to meet particular requirements of individual clients for any given project size, complexity and location. The firm applies proven techniques and effective technologies to achieve client's business and operational objectives. 7 PROJECTS FKEC aims to provide its services to design and supervise the projects related to infrastructure according to international quality. The company has designed and supervised several projects in water, wastewater, air pollution, solid waste, and environmental impact assessment of projects. Examples of some of the projects carried out under the supervision of FKEC: o Supervision of more than 6000 Kilometers of water lines and networks, in addition to the many water treatment plants (Table 1). o Supervision of more than 3000 Kilometers of sewer network and trunk sewers, as well as many of the sewage treatment plants (Table 2). o Design projects for water and wastewater networks, water purification plants, wastewater treatment plants, and environmental impact assessment (Table 3). o The company offers its services to many government and private sectors in the field of construction such as the Ministry of housing projects, the Ministry of Awqaf, military sectors and other (Table 4).
