8 Self Appraisal: As a teacher I am delivering my duties and responsibilities with utmost sincerity for the well being of college and students. I am utmost sincere in the performing additional responsibilities assigned to me. The president of Chemical Engineering Association till March I am very active in coordinating various student activities and Departmental activities. Besides academic activities I was the secretary of college Women's Club ( ) and executive member of college staff club ( ). I am the group tutor of present M.Tech and I am a mentor for the students as well as giving moral and academic support to students. Lab in charge of Heat Transfer Lab during Acting as ISO internal auditor of college. Lab in charge of PG lab till 2013 June. Actively involved in utilization of District Innovation Fund (20 lakhs) sanctioned to the Dept. Actively involved in syllabus revision of UG and PG.
