5 How does Batchpur work? 1. Filling: The pretreated wastewater is transfered to the SBR-Reactor. The load is exactly determined.

6 How does Batchpur work? 2. Aerating: Wastewater will be aerated and circulated using a compressor. The aeriation time is set by the control unit automatically and continuously. Therefore, only the necessary amount of energy will be consumed.

7 How does Batchpur work? 3. Deposit During this stage, the aeriator will be turned off. The available biomass in the container will settle. In the upper region a clear water zone will develop with purified wastewater.

8 How does Batchpur work? 4. Extraction of clean water The purified wastewater will be extracted from the clear water zone by means of a pneumatic lift and will be directed into a body of water, leached to groundwater or reutilized.

9 How does Batchpur work? 5. Extraction of surplus sludge The excess biomass resultant from the purification process will be directed to the mechanical pretreatment chamber by means of a pneumatic lift. The procedure starts over again.

16 Comissioning 10:30 a.m. Building pit is excavated, cleanness layer filled up: The plant has arrived! 10:45 a.m. The plant is lifted from the truck directly into the building pit.

17 Comissioning 11:00 a.m. The container is straightened before final lowering. The connection work can start. 12:00 a.m. The plant is running; the building pit is filled. The control unit can also be installed in the open in the GFK cabinet with comfortable access.
