The fllwing is a brief summary f the discussin that tk place: Attendees visited all three sites currently under cnsideratin: Wing Farm, Central Site, and the Middle Schl Site. One space per staff member? Hw many fr students? Senirs? Junirs? Event Parking? What is wrst case during daytime? (Cnsider simultaneus Middle Schl and High Schl/BRCTC events) Vehicular access, secnd means f vehicular egress

4 Site Selectin Cmmittee Page 4 It was agreed that the Central Sites are nt ideal fr a new building due t the envirnmental challenges Cnsider fr a new field n the immediate Legin site and parking lt It was agreed that there is n ne site that can accmmdate bth a new building and all f the playing fields If new building is at Middle Schl site, are displaced fields relcated t Central sites r Wing Farm? If new building is at Wing Farm, d all the required fields fit n the Middle Schl site r is additinal land required? Mre infrmatin is needed t further evaluate the sites: Types and quantity f playing fields Parking cunts Csts assciated with land acquisitin and permitting LBA nted a meeting will be held with the DOE n July 16 t review the status f the site selectin prcess.
