1 IV DAYLIGHT from LeS MIDNIGHT SUN AT SOUTHERN LATITUDES SELF-CONTAINED OFF-GRID LUMINAIRE NAVIGATOR IV DAYLIGHT from LeS NAVIGATOR IV -series was developed to meet the evolving needs of off-grid area and street lighting. This product demonstrates all the out-standing features found in LumiTar luminaires: quality, efficacy, reliability, ecology and usability. Implemented by unprecedented structural solutions NAVIGATOR IV luminaires are designed to last. Bird-safe system protects solar panels and lighting fixture from impact, contamination and damages caused by birds and small animals. Vandalism proof construction assures long-life usage. The luminaires are optimized to produce an ideal light level for any given application. Perfect and even DAYLIGHT LeS light soothes and improves the safety of the environment. With versatile optics, the light can be distributed evenly without disturbing glare. The color-rendering index of the Array-LeS light source at its best is close to that of sunlight, so all the color tones are reproduced as genuine and natural in the illuminated area. REAL ECONOMY NAVIGATOR IV luminaires operate at very high efficiency levels and completely free of operational costs. The energy efficiency of the light source also ensures optimal payback of investment. Patented heat transfer solution is capable to ensure more than 25 years of life span for the luminaire (excluding batteries). All materials used in the luminaire are 100% recyclable. The versatile control interfaces enable remote control of the luiminaires and service requirement information to be gathered from the devices to ensure minimal down time. NAVIGATOR IV luminaires are delivered as a complete set with the pole and concrete foot. Lighting targeting can be easily done by stepless angle adjustment of the light source. The luminaire can also be fixed directly to a Ø 50 or 60 mm mounting pipe, connection to other pipe diameters is possible with different adaption sleeves. POWER CONNECTION NAVIGATOR IV does not require any grid connection. The operating voltage varies in-between VDC. The best operation range is always opti- mized for the Array LeS light source. NAVIGATOR IV luminaires always ignite from zero level, when the power supply device can be controlled by external adjustment and control system. The feature makes possible to adjust the luminous flux of the luminaire according to changing conditions or variable energy cost.
