SPECIAL SERVICES High Tech equipment is used for the assessment of the pipeline infrastructure - CCTV, sonar and laser inspection. CHEMICAL AND OTHER HAZARDOUS WASTE THE NORTH WEST INCINERATOR TYPES OF WASTE: PATHOLOGICAL INFECTIOUS SHARPS PHARMACEUTICAL/ CHEMICAL WASTE Situated in Klerksdorp: accepts healthcare waste, including pathological waste and is certified to dispose other wastes using the combustion method of disposal. PATHOLOGICAL AND OTHER WASTE COLLECTION We liaise with each facility and establish delivery times and specified collection locations. We schedule regular meetings with healthcare staff and therefore have a history of excellent on-site waste management operations. ITEMISATION We use specific Compliance Software which enhances the Integrated Management System s documentation capability. Our Legal Register ensures compliance with all legislation. We utilise dynamic service routing software to compile efficient and effective fixed and dynamic route structures to deliver highest value to you.

10 Specialisations SPECIALIST INDUSTRIAL CLEANING Industrial vacuuming and specialised tank cleaning. We remove sludge build up and residual liquids from containers, tanks, vessels and holdings. HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETTING Our High Pressure Water Jetting services operate in the range of 100 and 3000 bar depending on the required application. The services provided include the cleaning of tanks, structures and the removal of scale deposits, rust and paint from surfaces. Surface preparation using Super Ultra High Pressure (SUHP) jetting SUHP jetting produces a white-metal finish that is free of the peaks, dust and abrasions that would ordinarily lead to corrosion. COLD CUTTING AND HYDRO DEMOLITION This automated process is most commonly used for cutting steel and concrete and in areas where explosives are present or where substructures cannot be harmed or disturbed. CATALYST HANDLING As a full-service provider we are qualified to remove and replace spent catalysts from process vessels in the refining, chemical and petrochemical industries. INDUSTRIAL CLEANING Focused solutions for your specialised equipment and processes. Averda has significant experience in designing targeted industrial cleaning processes to address demands and challenges associated with the cleaning and maintenance of industrial equipment. Our Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) team maintains best practice and training across our group and in line with specific requirements particular to each client. PIPELINE INSPECTION, CLEANING AND ANALYSIS Access through Technology. Regular access to and inspection of installed municipal and industrial pipelines and other associated infrastructure can be challenging and expensive. Averda provides accurate and cost effective inspection and cleaning services through the deployment of our remotely operated camera and sonar units.
