7 Query 6: Revised rain water harvesting Plan consisting the recharge bores of minimum recharge bore per 5 Sqm of Built-up area and storage capacity of minimum day of total fresh water requirement. Reply: The Collection of Rain Water on any particular plot depends on the plot area, irrespective of the built form at that plot whether utilizing FAR of or 4.The requirement of RWH pits is one per 5 sqm of plot area, cannot be on Built-up area as unfortunately and inadvertently printed in BBL. However, For pocket 4 a 4. HA housing pocket, 9 nos of RWH pits with collection chambers /tanks with desilting chambers etc. have been proposed. Each chamber shall have nos of recharge bores, further bores as per guidelines shall be provided along the storm water drain.

8 Query 7:The PP should submit the report incorporating a cumulative impact of the development activities of all five pockets (i.e. Pocket no., 4, 9,, & 4) on overall environment as prescribed in TOR of Pocket 9. 9 Query 8: Geotechnical Investigation Report. Reply: Submitted Query 9: Revised Landscape clearly showing the name & no. of exiting trees, proposed trees with their location, in accordance with CPCB guidelines. Reply: No existing trees at site, proposed trees 55 nos ( min req 56)

11 Query : Action Plan from DDA for reuse of Treated water of STP. Reply: Undertaking from Delhi Development, as necessary, is submitted The 89 KLD excess STP treated water ( combined from poc,4,6,9, & 4) shall be disbursed in planned manner by DDA. The green area of the sector AA4 (including green strips along the roads) is about HA, which shall consume 5 KLD. Sector AA4 also shall house approx HA of land for commercial and public-semi public development, and such building types generally have negative discharge (i.e requirement of more water, because of higher flushing water component, industrial washing, cooling and HVAC etc.). DDA shall supply STP treated water to these plots / buildings which shall be approx 55 KLD. The remaining balance water shall be taken to Bio diversity parks, water bodies & parks developed and being developed in and around Narela, and also shall be supplied to construction and infrastructural works, as per requirement.
