9 MMD PROJECT PURPOSE To establish a fully functioning monitoring mechanism of greenhouse gas emissions in Turkey, in line with the relevant EU Acquis TIME FRAME and BUDGET 3years 3Millions ACTIVITIES 1. Institutional, legal and procedural arrangements will be enhanced and linked to the planning, preparation and management of the inventory 2. The quality of the National Inventory Reports will be improved, with a focus on improved estimations and reporting following UNFCCC and IPCC guidelines 3. Data quality and technical capacity will be improved for preparing elements of the National Communications
