6 Original QHLS YDSS Connection Servicing Strategy Original developer financing agreement was based on a QHLS servicing strategy that would convey wastewater to the York Durham Sewage System (YDSS) initially via the Newmarket and ultimately via a future (UYSS) sewer connecting to the existing YDSS at 19 th Avenue in Richmond Hill Slide 11 QHLS Interim Servicing Strategy The QHLS interim servicing strategy will convey wastewater to the YDSS via the Newmarket and will protect for future reconfiguration to the Lake Simcoe Water Reclamation Centre servicing strategy Slide 12

11 Traffic Management During Construction General Principles Local and emergency access to homes and businesses will be maintained at all times Garbage/recycling pick-up, mail deliveries and school bus services to be maintained throughout construction Pedestrian/cycling access to be maintained throughout construction Paid duty police officers will be employed as required Co-ordination with Town prior to and during construction Slide 21 Delay of Highway 404 Extension Opening Traffic Management Contingency Plan Traffic management plan prepared in 2009 for original QHLS servicing construction will be updated with current traffic counts and projections Traffic impacts due to closure of 2 nd Concession prior to revised opening date of 404 extension will be reassessed Final construction schedule for works requiring closure of 2 nd Concession will be coordinated with Town of East Gwillimbury Slide 22
