PRODUCTS TO AVOID: Oxidizing agents, strong acids and bases. HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Incomplete combustion and thermolysis produces potentially toxic gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, various hydrocarbons, aldehydes and soot. SECTION #5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES FLASH POINT (COC): <0 C AUTOIGNITION TEMPERATURE ( C): 200 C EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Foam, Dry chemical and CO 2 HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCTS: SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: Incomplete combustion and thermolysis produces toxic gases of varying toxicity such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, various hydrocarbons, aldehydes and soot. These may be dangerous if inhaled. Vapor can built explosive mixtures with air. Vapor are heavier than air and may spread on the ground to sources of ignition. Insulating breathing apparatus must be worn in confined premises with heavy concentrations of fumes and gases. All combustion residues and contaminated water from firefighting should be disposed of according to local regulations. SECTION #6 TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION INHALATION: CONTACT WITH EYES: INGESTION: SKIN CONTACT: Inhalation of high concentration of vapor or aerosols may cause an irritation of the upper respiratory tract. This product should not cause eye irritation. Prolonged and repeated contact with this product may cause eye irritation. In case of ingestion small quantities, no important effect observed. In case of ingestion larger amount: abdominal pain, diarrhea,... Do not induce vomiting. Characteristic skin affections (oil blisters) may develop following prolonged and repeated exposure through contact with stained clothing. GREASE NEVASTANE AEROSOL MSDS TLC.doc Page 2 1/5/2012

3 SECTION #7 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES SPILL AND LEAK PROCEDURES: Eliminate all ignition sources. Ensure good ventilation. Stop leak only if safe to do so. Absorb residue or small spills with absorbent material and remove to non-leaking containers for disposal. SECTION #8 HANDLING AND STORAGE HANDLING: Prevention of user exposure: Prevention of fire and explosion: Precautions: STORAGE: Technical measures: Storage precautions: Incompatible products: Ventilate extensively if the formation of vapors, fumes, mists or aerosol is a risk. Keep away from combustible substances; keep away from food and beverages. Empty containers may contain flammable or explosive vapors. There is a fire hazard associated with rags, paper or any other material used to remove spills which become soaked with product.. Never spray near a flame or glowing object. Do not expose to sunlight or temperature exceeding 50 C/123 F. Do not perfora te or burn, even after use. Avoid static electricity build up with connection to earth. Make the necessary arrangements to prevent water and soil pollution. - Suitable: Store at ambient temperature, protected against contact with water and moisture, and away from any source of ignition. Dangerous reaction with strong oxidizing agents. SECTION #9 VENTILATION: EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION Mechanical ventilation is recommended. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: GLOVES: EYE PROTECTION: If mist present, chemical cartridge respirator is recommended. Resistant gloves (Viton, Nitrile, Neoprene) are recommended when handling this material. Chemical safety goggles are recommended. OTHER PROTECTION: SECTION #10 In confined spaces or where the risk of skin exposure is higher, resistant clothing or apron should be worn. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS WASTE DISPOSAL METHODS: Consult relevant local authorities. Reclaim or dispose of at a licensed waste disposal company. Incinerate with approval of appropriate local authority. GREASE NEVASTANE AEROSOL MSDS TLC.doc Page 3 1/5/2012
