The system pumps had been shut down. The waste line from the school had been connected to the new Southside Treatment System and the old line to the existing waste treatment system had been plugged. The Inspector did not observe any wet spots above the field lines, or any leaks around the sand filter. The sand filter had a lot of vegetation covering the sand filter. The school just recently hooked up to the Southside Public Wastewater Treatment Plant. Mr. Hastings was left with the address to the Department and he was also informed to tell Mr. Rich that the School needed to prepare and submit a Post Closure Plan for the wastewater treatment system to insure no possible pollution to water s of the state. ame(s) and Signature(s) of Inspector(s) Agency/Office/Telephone/Fax Date AR Dept. of Environmental Quality-Batesville September 19, / Fax Signature of Reviewer Agency/Office/Phone and Fax umbers Date PDES Report Page 3
