2 Introduction Accompanied by revised Guidelines, the NFR template has been reviewed A number of changes have been proposed. The main goals of this revision are: Harmonization with IPCC Adding missing source categories Removing unused source categories (and pollutants) We now have the opportunity to establish a NFR code We will need to develop an explanation table with what is covered under each of the chapters
