Summary of Activities or Updates All solid waste and junkyard concerns reported to our office were investigated and documented. Three (3) illicit discharges were reported to our office to investigate and enforce. None were in the MS4 area, two (2) were referred to other agencies due to jurisdiction, one (1) was addressed and closed. Take corrective action as needed. All solid waste and junkyard concerns reported to our office were resolved or are in the process of being resolved. All illicit discharges complaints reported to our office were investigated, resolved or in the process of being resolved. Conduct solid waste education programs for all ages. Attachment B shows a summary of activities for education and outreach programs conducted and the amount of solid waste collected for proper disposal. Increase advertising and marketing of Washington County s HHW facility. Actively worked with community partners to promote the HHW facility and find new avenues of outreach. Work with solid waste district and cities to expand solid waste options.
