The industry will be small scale industry by nature which will produce API & API intermediates for veterinary uses. The company believes that the veterinary grade API market in India and Asian countries have excellent potential as increasing there is steady growth of animal husbandry in these countries. Highlights of the proposed project are: The proposed project will be established under the area of MIDC, Tarapur. The Tarapur MIDC provides all necessary infrastructure for the supply of water, power and transportation facility and well connected by roadways and railways to the outer world. The proposed project will incorporate bag filter connected to 30 m high stack to limit air pollutants within limits prescribed by CPCB. The proposed project will discharge the wastewater to the CETP after primary, secondary and tertiary treatment. The proposed unit will reuse and recycle the treated effluent for in-plant uses to reduce fresh water intake requirement. The proposed project will have the membership of CHWTSDF for treatment of hazardous waste. Production capacity Details The proposed production Capacity will be MT/month including 34 MT/month by-products. The production facility will produce API and API intermediates products. Applicability for Environmental Clearance: The proposed project of M/s NGL fine-chem. Ltd. comes under the schedule 5(f) category B1, so as per the EIA Notification No. S.O.1533 (E) dated 14 th September 2006 amended on January 19, Applying for Environmental Clearance (EC), the procedure to avail Environment Clearance includes submission of Form 1, Consolidated Statement and the Prefeasibility Report & Environment Management Plan.
