2 HEAT RECOVERY EXCHANGERS WASTE HEAT RECOVERY ENGINES & TURBINES INCINERATORS THERMAL LOOP 600 to kwth BOILERS BIOMASS The recovered heat is either transferred to the ORC module through a thermal loop (pressurized water, thermal oil or steam) or comes directly from geothermal water or industrial processes. GEOTHERMAL Enertime ORC machines transform renewable heat sources or waste heat (fumes) from industrial processes into electricity CSP EVAPORATOR enertime TURBINE ~ GENERATOR CONTROL AND AUXILIARIES CABINET GENERATOR PROTECTION CABINET kwe Generated electricity is exported to the grid or consumed by the customer, reducing its energy bills with decarbonized and decentralized electricity from renewable or wasted resources. Additional heat use (process, heating,...) and return to the heat source REGENERATOR COGENERATION: Heat is transferred to a district heating network or an industrial user maximizing the total efficiency of the ORC plant. CONDENSER OR PUMP COOLING LOOP OR DISTRICT HEATING NETWORK POWER ONLY: Electrical output is maximized with a cooling loop associated with cooling towers or a cold source (sea, river,...). STANDARD ORC PRODUCT RANGE Enertime proposes robust ORC machines designed to maximize electrical output with minimal investments, that are available in the following ranges: RANGE CORDIAL ORCHID IGT Machines* SOURCES THERMAL LOOP High temperature fumes >350 C Thermal oil (250 à 310 C) Medium temperature fumes >200 C liquids >100 C Pressurized water (<220 C) Small machines, high and medium temperature Pressurized water or Thermal oil OUTPUT 600 to kwe 400 to kwe 100 to 500 kwe EFFICIENCY up to 24,8% up to 17,0% up to 21,4% Maximized ADVANTAGES efficiency *IGT: Integrally geared turbine non-flammable fluids Standard machines 40 container These standard machines are compatible with any heat source and are designed to be easily integrated in all industrial environments. In order to better respond to your needs, Enertime adapts the scope of supply by offering various options and services associated with the machines. Technical data and detailed information are described in the datasheets dedicated to the different applications. TAILOR-MADE MACHINES Using its know-how and significant industrial experience, Enertime offers machines complying with customer s special constraints and needs, like: Non-standard heat sources (non-standard duties or temperatures, multiples heat sources, corrosive and scaling geothermal water) On-site integration in a limited/constrained space Cogeneration systems with specific thermal needs (superheated water, steam, ) Condensing of the working fluid with seawater or air Adapted scope of supply to the customers own engineering capabilities (from a turbine only to a full turnkey project) The construction of our machines is carried out focusing on minimizing the cost of the generated electricity in order to offer the best techno-economic trade-off to the customer. Our tailormade solutions maximize the power output, reduce the global project investment cost and improve the project economics. For complex systems, including for example the heat recovery system, FEED studies (Front End Engineering Design) are needed to validate a turnkey solution and can be carried out by Enertime before finalizing the contracts parameters. 3 100 kwe Power-only ORC Tailor-made 3500 kwe ORC with double heat source (Baosteel, Shanghai) 600 kwe ORC CHP (SERM, Montpellier) WHY ORC? Our ORC machines are designed to generate power from low and medium temperature heat sources for small and medium electrical outputs (<10 MWe). The ORC technology offered by Enertime is adapted to decentralized and CO2-free electricity generation units and bring the following benefits: High efficiency at low temperatures Fully automated and remote operation without a dedicated technician Flexible part-load operation, particularly suitable for fluctuating heat sources Quick start-up and shut-down Compact size, that makes transportation and onsite erection easy and fast Low installation and maintenance costs No water consumption Modular conception adapted to site requirements

4 BETWEEN BEARING TECHNOLOGY ORC turbines are entirely designed and assembled by Enertime. With a remarkable robustness and excellent efficiency, our axial multi-stage turbines offer low vibration levels due to the between bearings technology with high part-load performances. Our turbines are designed to facilitate maintenance with a great accessibility. Turbines are optimized for our ORC machines and are compatible with all the new generation fluids available on the market (HFC, HFO, HFE). We also propose overhung IGT turbines for small-scale applications (<600 kwe). 5 INNOVATIONS AND NEW PRODUCTS Technological progress is the key factor for climate change mitigation and transition to CO2-free energy. Thermodynamics is the foundation for the development of clean technologies. Enertime works on numerous R&D projects in collaboration with European universities and industrial partners, improving and developing new innovative solutions. Enertime also offers the following technologies in synergy with its main ORC activity. COMPRESSORS AND HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT PUMPS (>80 C), to produce heat for district heating networks and industrial processes from low and medium-temperature resources (geothermal, industrial waste heat, sewage, lakes and rivers,...) or for a simultaneous heat and cold production. OCEAN THERMAL ENERGY CONVERSION (OTEC): Uses the temperature difference between cooler (5-10 C) deep water and warmer (28 C) shallow or surface seawater to generate power from 100 kwe to several MWe GAS EXPANSION AND COMPRESSION: To generate, store and transport industrial gases, the gases are compressed and then expanded for distribution and use. Using special turbomachines, the expansion energy can be recovered to generate power. THERMAL ENERGY STORAGE (TES): TES systems use process loops of compression, storage and expansion of specific fluids (air, CO2, organic fluid) to take benefit from the availability and electricity price volatility. SPECIAL TURBOMACHINES AND OTHER APPLICATIONS: Design and manufacturing of tailor-made turbines and compressors for industrial applications (Oil & Gas, air compression, gas compression,...).
