About 600 communities in llinois are under CCA service. Between 2011 and 2014, 91 llinois municipalities representing 1.7 million consumers switched their communities to 100% Renewable Energy using CCA.

91 cities with 1.7M 100% renewable (using RECs)= Six TWh annual renewable demand boost The carbon reduction equalled eliminating one million cars! Source: Environmental Law & Policy Center, 2014

18% of California U customers are served by CCAs today; 80% are forecasted to be under CCA service by CA CPUC

-2,554,503 Estimated customer accounts -$90,288, estimated on-bill savings -940,388 MT GHGs avoided as of 2016: -4,270 jobs created -1300MW of new renewables built: -710 MW New solar panels -312 MW New wind turbines -12 MW New biogas facilities

Marin Clean Energy and its partners have committed over $1.8 billion to the development of in-state and local renewable energy projects MCE has 924 megawatts of new, California renewable energy online and under development - 80% GHG-free. By 2025, MCE plans to bring that figure up to 100 percent, with 80 percent of it in the form of renewable energy MCE has installed 20MW of local RE and is adding another 15MW MCE s EV program aims to add over 500 charging ports and 100 EVs to low-income households within MCE s service area by 2019, offering a $3,500 rebate for low-income qualifying customers to purchase or lease either a new or used EV. Additionally, MCE can help qualifying customers combine this rebate with Federal, State, and local incentives for a total discount of up to $12,000 for a new EV or $9,000 for a used EV. The final price of a used EV could now be as low as $2,000 after rebates - covers both large and small charging projects (from two to 20+ ports), allowing market rate and low-income multifamily properties and workplaces of any size and sector to save on hardware and installation costs up to $2,500 per port. MCE will provide technical assistance in the application and installation process.

EVs - offering free home chargers, partnering with seven local dealerships to provide purchase credits for new and used EVs, and bundling SCP incentives with available rebates and tax credits. 30 MW of geothermal in No. Sonoma and So. Lake Counties - 50 MW by MW Petaluma greenfield PV in 20-year, fixed-price contract. PPA with Recurrent s new 70MW PV facility 46 MW repower of Tracy wind facility by NextEra.

n June, CleanPowerSF signed long-term contracts for 100 megawatts of solar and 47 megawatts of wind, and offers 100 percent renewable energy products for customers like Salesforce for its Tower and two other office buildings. Type to enter a caption.

Peninsula Clean Energy intends to invest in programs such as local clean power production, electric vehicles, energy efficiency, and demand response, and partnering effectively with local business, schools, and nonprofit organizations. PCE aims to stimulate development of new renewable energy projects and clean-tech innovation in San Mateo County and California through PCE s procurement activities, and place a priority on local hiring, workforce development practices and environmental justice.

PCE signed its first 200-megawatt solar contract last year has since signed up big commercial customers for its 100 percent clean energy offering, including Facebook s Menlo Park, Calif. headquarters PCE plans to create a minimum of 20 MWs of new local power by 2025, while maintaining rates that are at parity or lower than PG&E rates.

Silicon Valley Clean Energy s upcoming programs will be focused on energy storage, EVs, demand response and load shifting to benefit the overall grid, including commercial and residential energy storage devices. Residential and commercial electricity consumers can consider any the above of technologies in addition to a new or existing solar installation. Renewable project developers can increase their bottom lines with the addition of energy storage.
