9 Training for technology transfer in RE domain to India First Package : BUILDING AWARENESS FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY for Policy makers, CEOs and other high profile persons so as to create awareness for Renewable energy Second Package : PV STANDARD TRAINING for apprentices and diploma holders who want to get a standard training in the PV domain. These are people with low skillset and this training will expose them to the dynamics of a PV solar plant

10 Training for technology transfer in RE domain to India Third Package : PV ADVANCED TRAINING The third package is for engineers and people who are familiar with PV plants and want to understand in detail about Monitoring and control systems and O&M of solar plants Fourth Package : GRID STABILITY / MAGIC BOX for engineers and people who are familiar with PV plants and want to understand in detail about Monitoring and control systems and O&M of solar plants for specialists who are in the field of grid integration and energy management of the supply side. Grid availability and grid stability are the main topics which will be addressed in this package
