2 Introduction The name Hasnur derives from the name of Mr. H Abdussamad Sulaiman (HAS) and Mrs. Hj Nurhayati (NUR), Hasnur Group is a holding group that was established by a native Kalimantan entrepreneur, H Abdussamad Sulaiman HB and his wife Hj Nurhayati in 1966 under the name of CV Sari Bungas, In 1968 the company changed its official name from CV Sari Bungas to CV Hasnur. 2

6 Our Business: Forestry Hasnur Group manages approximately ha natural forest in Central Kalimantan, We currently produce timber logs, and veneer and wood chips in the near future, Hasnur Group forestry operation has met the standards of verification on the legality of timbers, and obtained the Timber Legality Verification System (SVLK**) certificate no. 09/A-SERT-VLK/Kpts/I/2013. *Update per-2018 **SLVK is a system built to ensure the legality of timbers and timber products that are produced in Indonesia 6

7 Our Business: Mining Hasnur Group has two active coal mining concessions in South Kalimantan, We produce 20,7 million MT thermal coal in the last three years. Last year we produced 10 million MT, Hasnur Group has integrated coal mining and logistic services from mining, transportation, special port, and coal transhipment, Hasnur International Shipping is the company that manages around 40 sets tug and barge, and owns 11 sets, 7

8 Our Business: Agribusiness Hasnur Group currently has 18,000ha planted palm oil plantation in South Kalimantan, with additional landbank around 40,000ha, We currently produce CPO, and its derivative in the near future, Hasnur Group has received certificate in ISPO (Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil) in We are committed to building the future and growing together with the society. 8

10 Our Business: Media Hasnur Group has also been expanding the business in media including local TV, FM radio, and newspaper, In 1988, H. Abdussamad Sulaiman HB founded Barito Putera Football association (Persatuan Sepakbola Barito Putera), the most successful football club in Kalimantan. It currently competes in Liga 1 Indonesia 10

11 Hasnur Center Hasnur Centre is the central foundation (yayasan pusat) of the group s CSR programs. It is the company s way to prove its commitment on social and environmental responsibility management, which is to grow together with local communities for the betterment of society at large. Hasnur Centre activities include: education, economic, empowerment of communities, small and medium business cooperatives, religious, social, legal and cultural environment. Vision To create greater opportunities for Banua s population in order to improve their quality of life and add value in building Banua s competitiveness.
