3 Joint 2-year master s programme: Features 3 universities in Belgium (Flanders) 1 diploma (120 ECTS) Unique in Europe through the combination of disciplines: providing strong fundamental and applied knowledge on the complexity of life and processes in oceans, seas, lakes and estuaries: aquatic biology and geology focusing on management and policy, as well as economic aspects of aquatic ecosystems and law offering skills to study and manage these environments, innovative teaching International (global) and development cooperation-oriented professionals from the field are your peers in teaching training students to become critically minded, problem solving and communicative preparing for scientific research and management of marine and lacustrine systems

12 open to bachelor s degree in biology biochemistry biotechnology chemistry geology geography and geomatics bio-engineering science environmental sciences for other bachelors in science, applied science and life sciences, equivalency will be evaluated based on scientific competences and skills of the students by the Oceans & Lakes Steering Committee.
