Using Automation implemented by a team of highly-qualified, specialist engineers, LAM energie designs smart buildings, a key factor for hotel accommodation facilities, business premises and public buildings.

8 REMOTE MONITORING 8 Installation and operation of fully automated devices such as thermostats and multimedia systems to monitor heating, hot water and air conditioning systems in residential/nonresidential buildings remotely. It makes it possible to control actual energy consumption, display current operating conditions and system temperature, and even switch systems on/off and plan weekly schedules. These devices enable operators to work on a system immediately, even in difficultto-reach areas, in order to check functionality through network data analysis so switchboards can be switched on/off as required. 11 OUR SERVICES 11 Consultancy: preliminary studies Consultancy: preliminary studies LAM energie carries out preliminary studies on consumption and feasibility for the design and installation of electrical, plumbing or LED lighting systems for small and large residential and business premises and public/private facilities of any kind. In addition to providing cost estimates and preparing quotes, LAM energie advises on all solutions for the installation of systems that use renewable sources (photovoltaic, biomass, geothermal etc.) or the adoption of CHP and CCHP systems for the thermal insulation of buildings and the installation of high-performance LED lighting systems.

12 OUR SERVICES 12 Energy audit Energy audit An assessment involving the detailed identification of energy consumption in the building/system, and the elements that could lead to energy loss. LAM energie starts by analysing the ways in which the energy is used, to identify any factors that cause energy variations and establish the actions required to improve consumption and create the most cost-effective and environmentallyfriendly conditions. The audit proceeds as follows: energy check and measurement to obtain consumption data and energy costs; processing of data collected and definition of the energy situation, considering average consumption parameters and customer requirements; preliminary assessment of technical/economic feasibility; preparing the upgrade project, with a clear definition of the objectives designed to obtain increased efficiency and energy savings.

Experts at LAM energie flank customers in managing tax schemes relating to energy savings outlined by the tax authorities, and provide support to ensure compliance with requirements and the procedures to be implemented. A turnkey service, which is unique in the industry. The Italian Stability Law of 2017 extended the 65% tax deductions for energy-efficient buildings (incentive also known as ecobonus).
