2 Way of transfer technology Situation which we have now. Today on the planet there is technological explosion and within the next decades the world in which we live, will cardinally change. Technological explosion is combination of the technologies which are creating the new markets or considerably transforming old. Today the economy is global and technological explosion affects all countries, including also absolutely backward. The closer to epicenters of explosions, the speed of changes and growth of economy is higher. Technological explosion can happen because of existence of the following factors: There is sharp need for application of modern methods and technologies Low barriers to entry into the market of new produt Existence of burning issues which solution traditional means expensive also does harm to ecology Use of technology many times over cuts down expenses of producers and is easily built in the existing technological chains Production and sale of products on the basis of this technology provides to participants high margin The format of cooperation is various: from sale of licenses till creation of the joint ventures (JV). In Cambodia there is no own scientific and technical base, it is not enough scientists and inventors. It does the country dependent on foreign technologies. In Russia many breakthrough developments are made, but sanctions turned it into the country not comfortable for implementation of innovations and the Russian scientists willingly participate in projects outside the country.

3 Technology of electrochemical activation of water The 70th years of the XX century, the Soviet Union the beginning of development of technologies of reagentless management of properties of water and water solutions in different technological processes. Today there are thousands of different models of electrochemical devices which work at the most different enterprises in many countries and produce the washing, disinfecting, sterilizing, extracting, emulsifying, stabilizing, demulsifying, preserving, bleaching, medical and other solutions which are electrochemical activated. Variety of technological properties of these solutions is explained by unique combination of pronounced oxidizing, recovery, catalytic and biocatalytic activity of electrochemical activated solutions to disproportionately small content of active ingredients. It radically distinguishes the activated solutions from traditional solutions of the corresponding chemical reagents. Historically developed priority of Russia in this intensively developing scientific and technical direction of applied electrochemistry, is supported thanks to work of the scientists and specialists having more than 30 summer experience in this direction. Safety of use of electrochemical activated water in combination with low price, do probable rapid distribution in spheres where prolongation of periods of storage of seafood, meat, fish, fruit and other foodstuff is necessary.

6 Joint projects and implementation AUS C BIOTECNOLOGY.CO.LTD was created in Now activity of the company includes two main directions production of disinfecting and veterinary medicines, and also the sphere of biotechnologies. AUS C BIOTECNOLOGY.CO.LTD cooperates with domestic and foreign partners (universities, research institutes, production companies). Relying on knowledge and experience of the Russian scientists, using modern scientific base of partners, we conduct scientific research and we do developments in the field of biotechnologies, household chemicals and processing of plant by-product. We are ready to joint projects in production of innovative products and we can make all complex of engineering services in creation of biotechnological and chemical productions from carrying out research, developmental and project works, before performance of functions of the general contractor with delivery to the Customer of "turnkey" production. Results of our researches conducted in recent years allowed to create number of new medicines based on ECA technology for disinfection and extensions of periods of storage of products.

8 Options of ways of development Development Agriculture Investments are necessary for development of agriculture. Attraction of investments is interfered by low profitability and that to increase it in Cambodia it is necessary to implement new forms of managing and resource-saving technologies. For loan and implementation of new technologies financial means are necessary. Certainly, funds can be raised in the form of the help from the international funds or in the form of the credits. But it is way which does not guarantee the rapid and strong growth of economy at all.

The Russian innovators aim to enter the world markets and it can occur through Cambodia. Let's take, for example, technology of electrochemical activation of water (ECA). Today this technology is known around the world, however extends on the planet unevenly. Russia in this direction shot ahead and today set of the enterprises use ECA technology for sanitary processing of rooms and extension of shelf lives of foodstuff. To adapt the Russian experience to conditions of Cambodia a lot of time is not necessary -

The organization of production is higher, the expense of disinfecting and cleaning agents is more. Prevention always cost cheaper, than elimination of effects of epidemics. For disinfection, washing of surfaces and fight against pathogenic microflora different combinations of chemicals in the form of solutions and aerosols are applied. At the same time determinant factor is concentration of active agents in working solutions. All active agents are toxic - for this reason eliminate microflora.
