Water is Collected from the Village Central Location The treated water will also be supplied to the Fishing Village, And a local school nearby as well to cater to the school children to drink from and to also top up their water bottle.

Life is miserable without the presence of good drinking water Seeking for good drinking water is not easy when living far from the city area.

4 WATER TREATMENT MODULE Step by Step Installation Procedures WTM VA 240 Step 1. Place the WTM VA 640 on a flat surface. Hold it steady and stand by the PVC pipes, white tape, glue, saw, and Any other items that will serve to be useful to connect the Module. We will now proceed to carry out the piping and civil works. 5 PIPING INSTALLATION Prepare the 1 PVC Pipe and stand by 1. Water proof white tape, 2. Strong glue and 3. Saw. Start off the installation from the top to the bottom. First, screw in the first 1 PVC pipe fitting. And tighten it to the Multi Port Valve, Do this for all 3 sides or, valve opening.

6 FLUSHING OF WATER FILTER SYSTEM MODULE Prepare a water hose and turn on the water supply point to feed the water into the Back flush opening of the module. The water will come out from the filter opening on the other side. This flushing process is necessary every time we set up the water filter module for the first time. Do this flushing process for + 10 minutes. This is to remove all the membrane s preservative NB: The preservative is used for storage purposes when kept in the factory and not yet delivered to the installation site.

After Step 1 concerning the installation of the multi port valve and inlet and outlet pipe connectors And flushing of the membrane s preservative. ( membrane s preservative is applied during storage ) We will proceed to piping and civil works. Management Team Thailand 2011

8 PIPING & CIVIL WORKS For WATER FILTER SYSTEM MODULE 1. Prepare the stainless steel water tank > 2. Bring the Water Filter Module nearer to the Water Storage Tank > 3. Prepare the 1 PVC fittings. 4. Prepare the strong glue to connect the PVC fitting > 5. Connect the 1 PVC pipe from the filter side of the Multi Port Valve to the Water Storage Tank > 6. Prepare a float ball valve in the Water Storage Tank to assist when the water level is high

9 7. Now prepare to connect the pipe from the back flush side > 8. Measure the length of the 1 PVC Pipe before sawing it. > > 9. Commence sawing the pipe to the correct length. 10. Glue the freshly cut 1 PVC pipe > 11. And fit it into place at the Back flush side > 12. This pipe is to receive the incoming city or feed water.

10 13. Now prepare the pipe for the Rinse side or, centre valve > 14. And fit the pipe into place at the Rinse side > 15. This is how the overall water filter module looks like after pipe works and fitting 16. Now connect the back flush pipe to a 2 way valve and extend the pipe to connect to the Incoming Feed Water Pipe Inlet > 17. Now, prepare the glue and connect this last part of the pipe. Ensure that the length is correct > 18. Glue this last Incoming Feed Water Pipe into place. Now, all the pipes is now connected.

11 FLUSHING OF WATER FILTER SYSTEM MODULE 19. Turn on Incoming Water. Ensure that the Valve is turned towards Filter Mode. > 20. Do not Plug the bottom part of the Water Tank yet until the initial carbon sediments from the Water Filter Module is flushed out. 21. After you notice that the water is clear, than, turn the valve to Rinse position for 1min. > 22. Then, turn it to Backflush position to clean the Membrane of the Water Filter. > 23. Leave it running until the water is clear. Do not throw away this water as u can recycle it.

13 PERMEATE FILTERED WATER Water produced from the Water Filter Module. Totally crystal clear and free from all suspended solids. The Villages placed the Filtered Water into a plastic bag to see the Clarity and Superb Results We tasted and enjoyed drinking the filtered water. The Villages & Team are delighted with this easy to use, easy to set up effective Water Filter System.

Readings are 172ppm & 193ppm respectively.

The ph readings was taken as + 7 to 8. Test Sample Bottle B We tested it again several times and were happy to confirm that the ph was only + 7 to not more than ph 8 from the second sample bottle.
