3 Electrical power generation at its best Aurangabad facility Our new state-of-the-art facility in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, manufactures and supplies the complete Perkins 4000 Series engine range. The facility has the capacity to produce 3,000 engines per annum, with a long term vision to 5,000 engines, supporting the power generation market from 750 to 2500 kva. With the addition of our latest manfacturing facility in Hosur, producing 1100 Series engines, Perkins is truly manufacturing closer to our Asian customers. Using our world-class n supply base, we will be able to provide customers with the engine they need, tailored to their specific requirements providing reliable power solutions for hospitals, airports, universities, real estate, data centres and large manufacturing industries. Our range of engines for the electrical power generation market hit all the key power nodes for prime and standby power in the kva ( kwe) power band. Our range of small, medium and large diesel engines consistently deliver exceptional performance, reliability, durability and low operating costs. They are available to you as standalone models or ready-to-run ElectropaKs. Our ultra-efficient combined heat and power (CHP) spark-ignited gas engines for stationary on-site power generation are robust and flexible. Running on 100% natural gas or alternatives, such as bio or anaerobic digester (AD) gas, they offer you long-lasting power and low cost. Some models are switchable from 50 Hz to 60 Hz systems. Models designed to meet global emissions standards. Engines come with 12 months warranty and 500 hour service intervals as standard. Warranty is two-years/6,000 hours or one-year unlimited for prime power application in 4000 Series.
