When ideas take shape, the satisfaction of our customer is our success. At GEFIT we know how, globally! GEFIT Company is made up of two production units with more than 160 workers. These are all highly qualified specialists in the fields of design, mechanical, electrical engineering and information technology.they are very experienced in the design and manufacture of equipment for many of the most important industrial sectors. Approximately 70% of GEFIT annual production is addressed to export. 3

Equipment shaped to meet the peculiar needs of different markets, that means for GEFIT being able to provide customers with assembly lines tailormade for various production needs. 14 Automation high speed assembly cells Many take part, one only wins Every new market presents new peculiarities. With its high speed machines Gefit diversified its production range and puts itself in advanced position for the production of assembly equipment of high and extremely high production cadence. Low Assembly machine with production output up to pcs/h. Compact indexed rotary table interlocked by external feeding systems (hoppers, vibrators...). Medium Assembly machine with production output from pcs/h to pcs/h. Used for assembly of pieces when the costruction of complex subgroups is foreseen. The production Control and the quality control are frequently carried out with vision systems. Gefit high speed equipment fully meet the more and more pressing requirements of cost saving. High Assembly machine with production output also over pcs/h. Made up of - primary wheels and satellites with cams operated manipulator device; - rotary table with movements of the mechanically controlled manipulator, with high number of cycles per minute. 14 Machines are fed by centrifugal system. 22 Customers in the world GEFIT commitment towards its customers does not come to an end on delivery of the assembly machine: GEFIT keeps on cooperating until optimisation of the production equipment has been achieved.
