5 Overview of the Course: Low performance and poor operational condition is one of the biggest issues the solar PV power projects worldwide. A Large number of PV systems fails or does not perform as per expectation due to poor site selection, system design faults, poor project management, low solar radiation access, poor O&M, unplanned grid failure or equipment mismatching. A better understanding on site assessment, planning, project costing & economics, design, installation, O&M planning and quality management certainly helps the engineers, executives and managers to develop a solar power projects with superior performance and positive return on investment. GSES India is organising a 3-day training on (REPM) course for engineers, project managers and officers of project developers, implementing agencies and EPC companies. Course focus will be on solar power projects design and development. The participants will gain knowledge and will have the opportunity to interact with highly experienced renewable energy project managers and experts on site & resource assessment, system sizing, project planning, accurate energy yield assessment, best practice in design and installation, detailed feasibility report/ DPR preparation, bid preparation and evaluation, O&M planning, documentation and knowledge management etc. Course covers both rooftop and large scale PV power projects. Who should attend? Engineers, project managers and officers from project developers, implementing agencies, EPC companies, Discoms involved in development of solar power projects. Learning Outcomes: Site assessment & planning of rooftop and MW scale power projects Solar resource assessment and energy yield calculation Project cost estimation and economic analysis Preparation of Detailed Feasibility Reports/ DPR Preparation of Bill of Materials (BoM) PV system design to ensure safety and performance Best practices in installation and commissioning Procurement management O&M and project performance monitoring Address:.,
